Hot and Sunny with beautiful clouds in the blue sky, the boats and jetskis and pontoons are out on the Lake. Summer is creeping up on us. The Tiger Lilies, also known as Ditch Lilies, are out and are showing their wonderful color.
I employed Paint.NET, Painter 8, Picasa 3, and PhotoPaint for today's Tiger Lilies image. I used my usual suspects of filters and adjustments to create this image. Ink Sketch, Framing, Surface Texture, Tone Curves and what Picasa called "Warmify" for warmer colors. And a bit of upped saturation for an additional boost to the colors.
Many love these June lilies, as they crop up everywhere around. They love ditches and are seen in many a yard as well.
