Some High Contrast photographs of the saving of a submerged sailboat. I opened each in PhotoPaint and resampled to from 640 x 480 to 1024 x 684. Then I applied the Local Equalization tool and the Tone Curve for depth. This added some texture to the images. I also used Filter Forge's Photo Effect Vibrance for some punch to the color.
I added a black border to each image as well.
